California
District 2 Little League
is a program that provides support to the twelve Leagues in
the District with local league news, scores,
schedules, tournament brackets, documents.
The mission
of the local league shall be to firmly implant the ideals
of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect
for authority, in the youth of the community so that they
may be well-adjusted, stronger and happier children and will
grow to be decent, healthy and trustworthy adults.
To
achieve this objective, the local league will provide a
supervised program of competitive baseball or softball
games under the rules and policies of Little League
Baseball Incorporated. League directors, officers, and
members shall bear in mind safety and leadership is of
primary importance. Winning of games or exceptional
athletic skills is clearly secondary

The
Challenger Division is Little League's way of providing new
opportunities for children with disabilities so that everyone
can get into the game. To sign-up your child for participation
in Challenger Baseball, or to volunteer as a "buddy," call the
